Danielle Weiss, Esq., Associate
Danielle Weiss is a life-long resident of the Philadelphia Area. Having grown up in Bryn Mawr, she graduated from The Baldwin School, where she learned the importance of women learning to speak their minds. From the time she was a little girl, she knew she'd do something for a living that involved persuasion, public performance, and/or speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. Her foray into law was a natural consequence of her upbringing.
After graduation from the University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in History and minored in Spanish and Theater Arts with cum laude honors, Ms. Weiss sought legal training at Temple University's James E. Beasley School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Weiss was a Beasley Scholar, the recipient of several distinguished class performance honors, a member and editor of the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal, and upon graduation, the winner of the Harry B. Kozart Memorial Prize, which is bestowed upon the student with the highest academic performance in Products Liability.
At Haines & Associates, Ms. Weiss represents both individual and institutional clients in trial matters. She prides herself on providing excellent service and counsel to her many clients.
Ms. Weiss is a member of the Philadelphia Bar association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the American Bar association. Ms. Weiss is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and The United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
When away from the office, Ms. Weiss is at her best when discussing her absolute favorite subject: the Philadelphia Eagles, although she's almost as happy to converse on just about any other professional football team, or Philadelphia professional sports team. Ms. Weiss is also patron of the arts, an avid reader and a true fan of the Philadelphia restaurant scene. She recently completed the Leadership Development Program at the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and looks forward to working with that organization in the future for many years to come.
