Patrick Campbell, Esq.
Patrick Campbell is a nationally recognized and highly regarded commercial litigator, union negotiator and organizer. Much of Mr. Campbell’s experience has been within the sports industry, representing individuals and unions throughout the business, including different members of the field staff of the PGA Tour. For nine years, Mr. Campbell represented the umpires of Major League Baseball as associate counsel to the MLUA.

Mr. Campbell’s national practice focuses on sports and labor law, employment law, and contract law. He has successfully organized and obtained certification for two unions -- the rules officials and the agronomists of the PGA Tour. Mr. Campbell continues to represent these unions in their collective bargaining negotiations, and other labor relations with the Tour.

Mr. Campbell has successfully represented employees in labor and employment disputes before the United States Supreme Court, the National Labor Relations Board (NRLB), the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service, the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and several district and circuit courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Campbell graduated magna cum laude from Villanova University (’85) with a degree in finance. He then went on to earn his law degree cum laude from Villanova Law School (’88) where he was Order of the Coif and a member of the Villanova Law Review.

Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Campbell worked for the prestigious firms of Dechert and Cozen O’Connor before focusing his practice and joining the firm of Richard G. Phillips Associates. Mr. Campbell was a founding member of the firm of Phillips, Campbell & Phillips, and recently became associated with the litigation firm of Haines & Associates.
